2. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from gambling due to legal, regulatory, or self-imposed restrictions.
• You must not be accessing rpp99 Services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account with rpp99, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address.
• Submit valid identification documents (Indonesian KTP) for verification purposes when requested by rpp99.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify rpp99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rpp99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. Verification requirements may include but are not limited to:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP showing your name, date of birth, and address.
• Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• Verification of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot).
• Video verification or additional documentation in cases where identity cannot be conclusively confirmed.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. rpp99 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts exceeding certain thresholds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds during business hours. Deposits made via other banks or outside business hours may take 5-15 minutes to process. rpp99 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

You may set personal deposit limits through your Account settings to promote responsible gaming. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with KYC documentation approved.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

rpp99 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees. If you request an expedited withdrawal outside standard processing times, additional fees may apply.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, rpp99 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be wagered within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days) or they will expire.

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., opposite bets on roulette).
• Colluding with other Users to exploit bonus terms.
• Any other activity deemed by rpp99 to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on rpp99 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the rpp99 system. If a bet does not appear in your Account history, it has not been accepted.
• Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet.
• rpp99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that match are void and stakes refunded.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

For live in-play betting, odds and available markets change rapidly based on match developments. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief period where odds are no longer accurate. rpp99 reserves the right to void bets placed after a decisive event (e.g., goal scored) if the bet was accepted before our system updated.

7.3 Asian Handicap and Popular Markets

8. Casino Games and RTP

9.2 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, any remaining balance will be refunded to the User after deducting any amounts owed to rpp99, unless the Account was terminated for fraud or illegal activity, in which case all balances may be forfeited.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.
